Each session is just 30-40 minutes long, but don't let that fool you! With a mix of strength, cardio and core getting fit with me as intense as is it rewarding.

Is there any contract or commitment?
No, you are free to come and go as you please. I don't believe in locking you into any long-term contracts.
Do you run female only workshops?
No - I foster an inclusive atmosphere where all ages, genders and beliefs are accepted equally. Training with a diverse group leads to a more holistic fitness experience for all.
I'm really unfit. Is this still for me?
Yes. I set the exercises and you go at your own pace in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You get out what you put into each session!
Do I need a gym membership?
No, all you pay is the price you see here. My sessions take place at Gym Plus, Crookes and my members have access to their changing rooms, showers and car park.
